FROM AN IDEA TO A RECORD OF RESULTS
Create a project with an objective, methodology, success criteria, constraints and required clearance.
Command reviews the proposal before testing begins. A proposal does not authorize spending or deployment.
Record procedures, observations and results. Keep a versioned history and conclude the work through Command review.
PUBLIC PROJECT DIRECTORY
Projects appear here when Command approves a separate public title and summary. Full plans, internal notes and test results stay in the member portal.
KNOW WHAT YOU CAN OPEN
Anyone can read an approved public summary. Internal objectives, test procedures and observations are excluded.
Requires clearance 2 and the R&D role. This role does not grant access to other divisions’ private records.
Signed-in members can read approved member editions. Sensitive passages can be removed before publication; the original project stays protected. Read published member reports ↗
